This was my view this morning. We woke up in Avila Beach, Calif., and scored all-day parking on the beach from 6 am until 2 am for free. Fourth of July fireworks are visible from Pismo Beach and we are sandwiched between the marina and the town, which are both within walking distance. It couldn’t be better right now.
